Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will act as a brand guardian and omnichannel marketer, responsible for Faulhaber’s traditional and digital marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, growing brand awareness, and supporting business development efforts through creative campaigns, content creation, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will help secure new business by managing proposals, client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Marketing

• Manage Faulhaber’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Oversee the annual and monthly marketing calendar, manage the internal marketing budget, and lead award submissions.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns (newsletters, social media, blogs) to drive lead generation.
• Manage social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, X) with a minimum of 3 posts per week and oversee website updates and SEO strategy.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

💼 Business Development

• Lead bi-weekly new business meetings and manage Faulhaber’s client roster and new business CRM.
• Develop leads, nurture client relationships, and manage the new business funnel to ensure consistent growth.
• Collaborate with account teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process.

Key Role Outcomes (KPIs)

• 📈 Year-over-year growth in agency exposure metrics (impressions, engagement, social media metrics).
• 📊 Increased lead generation and conversion rates.
• 🌐 Growth in website traffic and improved SEO performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in creative brand marketing, performance marketing, business development, or a related role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• A creative eye with strong content creation, video editing, and graphic design skills, with expertise in social media marketing (Meta, X, LinkedIn).
• Proven success in business development and lead generation, with a strong track record of conversion.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing software, and project management.
• A nimble thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.

Salary Band: $55,000 – $70,000; + All agency bonus
