Powering What Matters Next

Looking Back with Pride. Looking Ahead with Purpose.

If there’s one word I’d use to describe 2025 at Faulhaber, it’s intentional.

This was a year defined not by reacting to change, but by choosing how we lead through it. As our world and our industry continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, audiences have become more informed, connected, and discerning than ever. At Faulhaber, that reality sharpened our focus on doing truly remarkable work. In response, we invested in building the structures, culture, and momentum that will carry us forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Designing the Future of PR

One of the milestones I’m most proud of this year is the launch of fxm and expansion of PoweredPR®.

PoweredPR® is our proprietary methodology, but more importantly, it’s our point of view. It reflects a belief we hold deeply at Faulhaber: that modern PR must lead, not follow. PoweredPR® bridges traditional storytelling with digital marketing science, integrating earned, paid, shared, and owned channels with data and analytics to ensure brands show up consistently, strategically, and with purpose.

It moves beyond media coverage as the end goal and instead focuses on amplification, performance, and real business impact. At its core, PoweredPR® is about seeing our clients holistically,  and helping them see what’s possible when strategy, creativity, and data work together. We call it seeing you, bigger.

fxm, our experiential marketing division, brings that strategy into the real world. Built with a PR-first mindset, fxm is about creating moments that matter: experiences designed to spark connection, earn attention, and live far beyond the room they’re created in. Whether it’s a large-scale activation or an intimate creator moment, fxm experiences are engineered to move people emotionally, socially, and strategically.

Together, PoweredPR® and fxm represent how we believe brands should build trust and relevance today: through integration, intention, and impact.

Showing Up Where the Industry Is Going

In 2025, I also had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion at the Brands Travel Summit in Mexico City, joining global peers to explore how travel, culture, and brand storytelling continue to intersect.

Moments like these matter to me because they’re about contribution as much as visibility. They signal that Canadian agencies – and Canadian thinking – belong in global conversations, and that empathy-led, insight-driven storytelling resonates well beyond our borders.

Our People Are the Work

As proud as I am of what we launched, what matters most to me is who we’re building with.

This year, our team grew in meaningful ways – not just in size, but in leadership, confidence, and capability. I’ve seen individuals step into new responsibilities, lead ambitious work, and support one another with care and generosity. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident; it’s the result of trust, strong relationships, and a culture that values people as much as performance.

Faulhaber has always believed that the strongest work comes from strong human connection, both with clients, our media landscape and with each other. That belief continues to guide how we lead.

Looking Ahead to 2026: 25 Years, and What Comes Next

As we look to 2026, we do so with both pride and responsibility. Next year marks Faulhaber’s 25th anniversary, a meaningful milestone that invites reflection, but also asks an important question: what impact do we want to make next?

For us, the answer goes beyond business success. Our 1% for the Planet commitment continued this year, including pro bono work and monetary support for Second Harvest, Canada’s largest food-rescue organization, which redistributes surplus food to charities and non-profits nationwide to reduce waste and fight food insecurity. This year’s contribution alone is enough to provide more than 27,600 meals for food-insecure Canadians, while diverting 93,630 lbs of greenhouse gases from going directly to landfill. We are proud to champion this work, and equally proud of a culture grounded in care, inclusivity, and accountability. These values aren’t side projects; they are foundational to how we operate, who we partner with, and how we show up in the world.

In the past year alone, the acceleration of AI has fundamentally changed how ideas are created, amplified, and consumed. As technology moves faster, the role of brands, and the agencies that guide them, becomes clearer, not louder. The future will reward those who bring intention to innovation, humanity to storytelling, and discernment to every decision. As we enter our next chapter, Faulhaber remains committed to leading with empathy, thinking futuristically, and building work that doesn’t just keep pace with change, but gives it meaning.
