#FReps: New menu springs to life at P&L

Your senses are in for a treat this season at PARTS & LABOUR, their new SPRING menu looks just as bright as it tastes!

From the Rainbow Trout with refreshing dill oil balanced out with horseradish crème Fraiche, and Little Gem Lettuce salad with Stilton cheese dressing that can be eaten like a taco, to Grilled Octopus with basil salad, Lamb Chops with celery and mint salsa salad and many more tasty dishes are all developed by THE SOCIAL GROUP’s Executive Head Chef, Matty Matheson.

For the cherry on top, Matty added two NEW Country Festival Super-Doughnut options to the menu: the Banana Split and New York Cheese Cake, served up on a wooden plate with a sharing knife.
