This September, Expo for Design, Innovation & Technology (EDIT) will be taking over East Harbour (formerly known as Unilever Soap Factory) for an extraordinary 10-day exploration of the future of design. Guests from around the world will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to delve into 150,000 square-feet of interactive and stimulating showcases that aim to show guests how design, innovation and (you guessed it!) technology can solve the planet’s grand challenges.
It was difficult to narrow down our list, but here are four things you should be excited to check out at the EDIT Expo:
1. Taste the future with One Hop’s Cricket Bolognese, a twist on the classic Italian sauce with an added dash of protein!

2. Did you ever think you would see a prosthetic arm shoot glitter? Well, you now can at EDIT with Project Unicorn.

3. Visitors are welcome to create light graffiti using solar powered LED lamps in Olafur Eiasson’s Little Sun booth.

4. Take part in the event with interactive art, such as Moritz Waldemeyer’s 8-feet tall infographic.
