Using effective and strategic outreach including key newsjacking moments around the struggles at Toronto Pearson Airport, Faulhaber leveraged relationships with travel, trade and consumer media and influencers to share how Plaza Premium Lounge make travelling a little less stressful. Focused on earned tactics, Faulhaber leaned into strategic storytelling through press releases and targeted pitching, and leveraged social listening to providing lounge visits to travelling media and influencers. In addition, Faulhaber executed two media events to unveil renovated lounges in Toronto and Vancouver as well as showcasing a new Root98 dining experience.
